Job Description

As an Assistant Controller within Pomerleau’s accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements of certain subsidiaries, validating accounting entries, and conducting financial analysis for one or more large-scale building and infrastructure construction projects — ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion.
What you will do


• Manage accounting and financial tracking for several entities within the Pomerleau Capital group
• Participate in the consolidation of results and the production of periodic reports for subsidiaries
• Support internal teams in the use and improvement of reporting tools (OneStream)
• Coordinate audit activities and sales tax tracking for entities within the Pomerleau group
• Collaborate on annual audits and external reviews of subsidiaries
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and training related to taxes

This role could be for you if you have

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, management, or business administration
• A CPA designation

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting
